HOW TO ORDER

 

Nolita store allows you to place orders easily and quickly.

To receive your products safely and conveniently at an address of your choice, you just have to follow a few simple steps.

  1. Start by choosing the product you wish to purchase and the number of units you wish to receive from that product. You can do it in the product pages, using the menu SHOP or the links provided in the homepage.
  2. Add the product to your shopping cart by clicking the "ADD TO CART" button. At this stage, you can continue shopping by viewing other products or you can complete your purchase by clicking the "BUY IT NOW" button.
  3. Once you have added to your cart all the products you wish to order, you can click the cart icon to see the products included in your order and its cost.
  4. Then use the "CHECKOUT" button to finish your purchase. Here you can log in into your account or give us the required information if it is your first purchase with us. 
  5. Then you can click the “CONTINUE TO SHIPPING” button to see your order summary, the shipping costs and to confirm your Email and shipping address.
  6. Click the “CONTINUE TO PAYMENT” button to choose the most convenient payment method for you and confirm your billing address.
  7. At the end simply click the "PAY NOW" button.

 

PAYMENT METHODS

 

Credit card

You will be able to pay by credit card and enjoy the liquidity advantages and payment terms your bank offers you. All transactions on our website are secure. We accept VISA, Mastercard and American Express cards.

 

MB Way

In Portugal you can pay using MB way. You will have 5 minutes to open your MB way app and accept the payment.

 

 

ORDER SHIPPING

Except for rare exceptions, all orders completed and paid will be shipped the same day as long as the payment has been made by 12:00 on a business day. Orders paid after this time will be shipped the next business day.

 

If we have any questions regarding your order (delivery address, payment confirmation, out of stock, etc.), we will contact you through our Customer Support. In that case, your order will not be shipped until we receive a reply to our message.

 

DELIVERY

 

Orders are delivered from Monday to Friday, excluding local or national holidays, at the address you indicate to us when placing the order. You can receive your order wherever you wish (except in PO boxes), from Monday to Friday. To do this, just provide us with the address where you will be present between 9am and 7pm GMT.

It is not possible to choose a specific delivery time as it will be conditioned by the route set by the carrier to the courier on the day of delivery.

Providing an incorrect or incomplete shipping address may lead to additional costs for you, so we recommend that you always make sure that the shipping address indicated when ordering is actually correct and complete. Once the order has been processed, it is not possible to change the shipping address or billing data you indicated.
