Who doesn't love brownies? Exactly! How not to like? So today we bring you a healthy recipe for this delight!
- 2 small avocados very ripe (very soft) or 1 large (each small avocado I used weighed approx. 200 grams/total I used 400 grams of avocado)
- ½ cup + ¼ cup sweety
- 1/3 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
- ½ cup of coffee (dilute 1 tablespoon of instant coffee in ½ cup of warm water – don’t add it hot, let it cool well). If you prefer, you can use only water.
- 1 tsp of baking powder
- ¼ tsp of baking soda
- ¼ tsp of salt
- 1 cup + ½ cup oat flour.
Preheat the oven to 180°C and line the cake pan with parchment paper (I used a 20cm x 20cm dish)
In a food processor or blender, add the avocado, sweety, cocoa powder, coffee or water, and process until obtaining a very homogeneous mixture.
Transfer the mixture to a bowl and add the oat flour, baking powder, bicarbonate of soda, salt and mix until all the flour is incorporated (the dough is relatively heavy).
Distribute the dough in the form and bake for 30-35 minutes in a preheated oven at 180ºC.
Remove, allow to cool for 30 minutes before removing from the mold. I recommend letting it rest for 4-8 hours before serving. it becomes more flavorful and firm after standing for a few hours.
Note: I suggest storing the brownie in the fridge if not consumed within 24 hours. As it is a very moist dough, it is always better to store it in the fridge to prevent it from spoiling.
