¾ cup of cornstarch;
½ cup of crushed flaxseed;
sweety (to taste);
1 tbsp of olive oil;
1 pinch of cinnamon;
Lemon juice (to taste);
½ tbsp yeast (gluten-free);
1/2 large apple;
4 tbsp of orange juice;
½ sliced orange;
Cracked coconut or almond (to taste).
Start by washing the apple and cutting it into thin sticks. Drizzle with lemon juice so that it does not oxidize and set aside.
In a bowl mix the cornstarch, linseed, olive oil, orange juice, cinnamon and apple. Finally, sweeten to taste with sweety, fold in the yeast and let stand for five minutes.
However, line the bottom of a small form with parchment paper. This time, in the thick slice option, cut half an orange (already peeled) into slices.
Arrange one of the slices at the bottom of the pan. Pour the dough over the top and place in the oven, already hot at 165 ºC (329ºF), and let it cook for about 35 minutes. Unmold and serve with the remaining orange pieces and coconut chips.
