Ingredients:
150 g (5oz) of peanut butter
1 egg
20 g (1oz) of chopped chocolate (85% cocoa)
2 tbsp of SweetyÂ
pinch of salt

Preparation:
Mix all the ingredients very well, until obtaining a paste with a moldable consistency.
Form about 12 balls with the dough.
Arrange on a sheet of parchment paper, flatten into a cookie shape.
Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC (356º F) for about 10 minutes (as soon as they are golden, remove).
Allow to cool on a rack.
Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze (maximum 2 weeks).
