Frying pan oat bread

Who doesn't love a quick, delicious and healthy bread?


1/2 cup of Nutty Granola 
1/4 cup of sweet cornflour
salt to taste
1/2 teaspoon of baking powder
1/2 tablespoon of olive oil
1/3 teacup of water


Place the Nutty granola, sweet flour, salt and yeast in a bowl, and mix

Add the oil and mix

Gradually add the water and mix until you get a soft, thick mass, but not dry

Transfer the dough to a non-stick skillet greased with olive oil;

Take it to the low fire, cover the skillet, and let the bread cook for about 4 minutes. Then check if it is golden brown underneath and turn it over. Cover the skillet again and let it cook for another 4 minutes;

Now just serve. Enjoy!
