1.Carrot Cake

Ingredients:

150 g of chopped carrots;

3 eggs;

1 cup of almond flour;

3 tbsp of sweety

1 tbsp of baking powder;

½ cup of olive oil

 

Preparation:

In a blender, beat the eggs, carrots, sweety and olive oil. Then add the baking powder and the almond flour.

Transfer to a cake pan and place in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 30 minutes.

 

2.Keto Chocolate Icing

Ingredients:

4 tbsp Cocoa Powder

1 cup of sweety

½ cup of water

2 tbsp of olive oil

 

Preparation:

Place all the ingredients in a saucepan over medium heat, and stir constantly until a thicker syrup forms.

Distribute the syrup evenly over the cake.
