Ingredients:
5-6 peeled ripe bananas frozen
¼ cup peanut butter
¼ tsp nutmeg powder

Preparation:
Remove the bananas from the freezer and cut into ½ cm pieces
In a blender or food processor, blend the bananas, peanut butter and nutmeg for 1 to 2 minutes.
Let it rest for 2 to 3 minutes, then continue beating until you have a smooth consistency.
Pour the mixture into an airtight container and place in the freezer for 1 hour.
Make balls and put them in bowls, and just enjoy!
