Vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free pancakes delivered straight to your door

No added sugar, no artificial ingredients, gluten free, vegan, organic, 100% wholemeal and high in fibre. It sounds like a supermarket list, but it's the list of qualities of Nolita Food's new healthy pancakes.

Handmade with a natural sweetener with zero calories and zero sugar, these pancakes are sold pre-made and delivered directly to your home nationwide. Nolita Food sells four different mixes based on whole oat flour, seeds and other ingredients. At home, all you need to do is add yeast, milk (or vegetable drink) and olive oil (or oil) and prepare the pancakes warm in a frying pan.

The result is delicious, tall and fluffy pancakes available in four varieties: chia pancakes, cocoa pancakes, raspberry pancakes and blackberry pancakes.
 (...)

In addition to these new pancakes, Nolita has also launched four different granolas in our online shop: a crunchy granola, made with whole buckwheat, whole oat flakes and seeds; a low carb granola, exclusively with dried fruit; a Nutty granola, with 30% almond and peanut; and a granola with freeze-dried Portuguese raspberries.

Check out all the new products in the shop here and place your orders at www.lojacasalmisterio.com. Minimum order of €13.50 for Nolita Food products and free delivery in mainland Portugal and the Islands.

Chia pancake mix

These are super healthy and mega satiating. Made with whole oat flour. In addition to being organic, they are gluten-free and do not contain any artificial ingredients.

Mix cocoa pancakes

They are super healthy and delicious. They are made with lupin flour, an original ingredient, high in protein and fibre, with prebiotic properties that favour the diversity and quality of the intestinal flora, now recognised as a fundamental factor in avoiding some serious diseases.

In addition to being organic, they are gluten-free and do not contain any artificial ingredients.

Berry pancake mix

This raspberry pancake mix is super healthy and delicious. It is also made with lupin flour, an original ingredient, high in protein and fibre, with prebiotic properties that favour the diversity and quality of the intestinal flora, now recognised as a fundamental factor in avoiding some serious diseases.

Like the other pancakes, in addition to being organic, they are gluten-free and do not contain any artificial ingredients.

Blackberry pancake mix

This blackberry pancake mix takes exactly the same base as the raspberry pancakes: whole oat flour, lupin flour and zero calorie natural sweetener. It just changes the fruit: instead of raspberries, it's made with blackberries.

In addition to being organic, it is gluten-free and does not contain any artificial ingredients.

Crunchy Granola

It's super crunchy as it's made with whole buckwheat and seeds, in addition to traditional whole grain oat flakes.

Another intriguing ingredient is cinnamon, which has an antibacterial, antispasmodic and anti-inflammatory effect.

In addition to being organic, it is gluten-free and does not contain any artificial ingredients.

Granola Sporty Low Carb

It is low carb, keto and paleo as it is made without any cereals. Contains only nuts and seeds. An original granola, for those who follow low carb diets or want to decrease the consumption of carbohydrates in some meals.

Its protein content makes it ideal for post-workout meals. Besides being organic, it is gluten free and does not contain any artificial ingredients.

Nutty Granola

It contains 30% almonds and peanuts. In addition to being organic, it is gluten free and does not contain any artificial ingredients.

A natural sweetener with zero calories and zero sugar has been used for sweetening.

Berry Granola

It is made with freeze-dried Portuguese raspberries. It is the lowest calorie granola in the Nolita range (and probably one of the lowest on the market). As well as being organic, it's gluten free and contains no artificial ingredients whatsoever.

Great pancakes for you wherever you are,
