200g (7.0oz) of cream
2 tbsp of cocoa powder
4 tbsp of sweety
1 tbsp of butter
60g (2.1oz ) of chocolate (85% cocoa)
In a pan heated on low heat, melt the butter and add the cream. Then add the chocolate and stir well.
When the mixture is homogeneous, add the cocoa powder and the sweety;
Stir constantly until the Truffle thickens, leaving the bottom of the pan visible;
Turn off the heat, let it cool completely, roll up the truffle into bite size balls and serve.
