Gluten-free orange cake

4 large eggs

Juice of 2 oranges

1 cup of oil

1 cup of almond flour

1 cup of oat flour

1 cup Sweety

1 tbsp of baking powder




1- Beat the eggs, orange juice and oil in the blender.

2- Then add the oat flour, almond flour and sweety, mix well until obtaining a homogeneous mixture.

3- Lastly, add the baking powder, stir for a few more minutes and place the dough in a shape.

4- Bake in the preheated oven 180° C (356ºF) for 40 minutes and it's ready.
