Gluten-free cookies

hmmm... who else loves cookies? Here's a delicious gluten-free cookie recipe for the sweet tooth!



150g (5.9oz ) of peanut butter

1 egg

20 g (0.7g) of chopped chocolate (85% cocoa)

2 tbsp of Sweety 

pinch of salt



Mix all the ingredients very well, until obtaining a paste with a moldable consistency.

Form about 12 balls with the dough.

Arrange on a sheet of parchment paper, flatten into a cookie shape.

Bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC  (356ºF) for about 10 minutes (as soon as they are golden, remove).

Allow to cool on a rack.

Store in the fridge for up to 3 days or freeze (maximum 2 weeks).
